Feeding during and after acute diarrhea. The duration of feeding depends on the type of disease. In the case of acute intestinal absorption disorders, a feeding period of 1-2 weeks is recommended; to compensate for insufficient digestion, a feeding period of 3-12 weeks is recommended.
